Prominent Iranian literary figure Ali Mousavi Garmaroudi will address the event.
The book fair kicked off in the Iranian capital on May 2.
The Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) is hosting the cultural event, which will run until May 12.
As well as presenting books by some 2,500 domestic and 600 foreign publishers, the event includes forums on various cultural and scholarly themes.
On Friday, features of the most recent translation of the Quran in the Russian language were discussed in a speech by university and seminary scholar Rafi ud Din Asfarev at the international book fair.
